This outfit is an outfit that I created on Polyvore. This outfit is a cute outfit for a day out with you rboyfreind. It's a cute, flirty, and casual outfit. It works for just about anything; getting coffee, seeing a movie, or just exploring ddowntown are great examples for this outfit. This outfit is a accented neutral color scheme, because It is all brown and denim blue, until you see the mint green on the shirt. The shirt of this outfit has radiation. The ruffles of the shirt flow out from the middle point of the bow. This is a cute outfit and, I would gladly wear it!

 

My Outfit

I created this outfit at Polyvore. This oufit, to me, would be a great one for just running around town with your freinds having a good time. This outfit shows an accented neutral color scheme. It has all blacks, browns, and greys, but there is splashes of pinks on the shoes and sunglasses. This particular shirt is very loose fitting wiht the shape; therefore, it will add some size to your body. The jeans, however, are tight and tubular giving you a slimmer apperance. In this outfit there is emphasis on the "86" of the shirt. It is emphasized due to the sequins it is made out of. The jeans have gradation on them, starting from dark at the top, fading to white at the knee, and then going back to dark at the ankle. This oufit is a fun outfit and is very good for just hanging out. I would wear this outfit! :)

Upcoming Trends: spring 2013

There are many upcoming trends for this upcoming spring of 2013. The styles will range from types of shoes to dresses to sunglasses.  One upcoming trend is bermuda shorts. Bermuda shorts are a type of shorts that go down to just above your knee. They come in many styles from denim to bright neons and wild prints. This spring they will be a more loose and slouchy look to the shorts. Another trend are sunglasses that make a statement. The bright big sunglasses  are in with all different shaped and sizes. These sunglasses will add to any spring look and add more personality and pop to the entire outfit. The third trend is bold stripes. BOLD BOLD BOLD! These are outfits that go horizontal, vertical, or diagnol. They will have a bright or bold color paired with a neutral, such as black or white. Another trend is beautiful beading. These are going to be outfits or garments with bold, beautiful, and detailed beading across them at any point of the outfit. The last trend is sporty dresses. these dresses are a looser fit. They have an A-line skirt and shoulder showing sleeves, like a tank top. They are very versatile and can be paired with wedges or high heels, as well as a sneaker like converse.
These trends are going to be a hit with the stores beacuase they are easy to wear by all general public. They can come in all shapes and sizes and ahve something for everyone.

It's Me!

Hey Peeps! What's up?!?! Alright, before I get to into this blogging stuff again, I'm going to tell you a little bit about me, myself, and I! My name is Kirstin. I'm a 14 year old girl just starting my high school years. Yeah, I know, I'm "Freshmeat", but whatever! I play basketball, softball, and I run cross country! So, you could say I'm a pretty busy girl, but I'm loving it!
Now you know a little about me, so I'm going to tell you my reason for having this blog. I'm going to tell you right now that if you don't like fashion, then just stop reading this. This quarter I am in a class called Fashion Merchandising and Design. This class is all about fashion. The elements of fashion, what's behind the fashion, and everything up to designing your own outfits.  Okay, so I know not everyone is into reading up on the latest fashion and always finding out what's up with the "in" clothes. Don't you worry, neither am I. My fashion life is pretty much just going out and shopping with freinds. My kind of style is really laid back, sporty, with the occasional "girl" thrown in there. So, sweatpants, jeans, sweatshirts, leggings, t-shirts, shorts, tennis shoes, flip flops, and boots. I just basically described my entire closet to you. So as you can see I like to be comfortable. :) Fashion accessories...not really my thing. I mean, earrings, sometimes, but definitely not necklaces or braceletes! My favorite colors are BRIGHT!
